These terms govern purchases of products through www.prinkweb.com, together with the product information and the terms shown before each order is confirmed.

USERS AND DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Users undertake to make valid purchases, refrain from fraudulent transactions and provide accurate information for processing their orders.
We deliver to Spain —the mainland and Balearic Islands—, France and Portugal, within the areas enabled during checkout. Delivery availability for a specific address is confirmed before payment.

PURCHASING PROCESS
To make a purchase, users must:
• Select products and add them to the cart.
• Review product references, variants, quantities and prices.
• Enter contact, billing and delivery details.
• Check shipping charges, discounts and the order total.
• Confirm the order using the corresponding payment button.

AVAILABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY
Orders are subject to product availability. If a stock shortage is identified after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer to agree on an alternative or a refund of the corresponding amount.
Before buying a consumable, check the reference and printer models listed on its product page. If you have any questions, contact us so we can help.
This recommendation does not limit customers’ rights if a product does not match the advertised description or compatibility.

PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
Prices and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Shipping charges and any other applicable amounts are detailed before payment is confirmed.
The available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Promotions apply in accordance with their terms, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts and validity periods. Customers must check that the discount has been applied before confirming their order.
If payment is not authorised, we cannot complete the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to Spain —the mainland and Balearic Islands—, France and Portugal, within the areas enabled during checkout.

For France and Portugal, the shipping charge is €8 and delivery is free on orders of €100 or more, subject to the Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates depend on the destination, availability and processing time. They are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated.
Unless another period is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If an incident or delay occurs, we will inform the customer, and the remedies and rights provided by the applicable legislation will apply.
If an order cannot be delivered, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
When purchasing as a consumer, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, except where legally applicable exceptions apply.
You can notify us by sending an unequivocal statement to prinkwebonline@gmail.com, stating your name and the details needed to identify the order. You do not have to use a specific form.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than the following 14 calendar days. Contact us for instructions and the return address.
Opening the packaging does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal. Consumers may examine the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. They may be liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that examination, in accordance with applicable law.

Where withdrawal applies, we will refund the corresponding payments, including standard delivery costs where applicable, no later than 14 calendar days after notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to the consumer.

FAULTY PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEE
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or one that does not work as advertised, contact prinkwebonline@gmail.com and provide the order number and details of the issue.
When purchasing as a consumer, the corresponding statutory guarantee rights apply. For new goods subject to Spanish legislation, the liability period for lack of conformity is three years from delivery, without prejudice to any other applicable rights.
As provided by law, you may request repair or replacement and, in the circumstances stipulated, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Corrective measures required under the statutory guarantee will be free of charge to the consumer.
Any additional commercial guarantees do not replace or limit the statutory guarantee.

APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGES
These terms will be interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation, without depriving consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory rules applicable in their country of residence.
Claims may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Consumers are not required to submit exclusively to the courts of Barcelona.
Translations are provided to help users understand the terms. The existence of different language versions will not limit consumers’ legal rights or the contractual information applicable to them.
