High-capacity compatible HP 304XL tricolor cartridge

The compatible HP 304XL color cartridge is an alternative to the original HP 304XL tricolor cartridge (N9K07AE), designed for certain HP inkjet printer models.

What advantages does the V3 version offer?

The display of the ink level may depend on the printer model and firmware, so it is not guaranteed on all devices.

What is the difference between HP 304 and HP 304XL color?

The main difference between the original HP 304 and HP 304XL versions is their capacity and rated yield.

• Original HP 304 color (N9K05AE): standard format.
• Original HP 304XL color (N9K07AE): original high-capacity version.
• This compatible HP 304XL: declared capacity of 18 ml, without confirmed page yield.

The capacity of the compatible cartridge does not allow you to directly calculate how many pages it will print. To compare the cost per page, it is necessary to know the declared yield under comparable test conditions.

Does the HP 304XL color cartridge include black ink?

No. This cartridge contains only cyan, magenta, and yellow.

If you also need to replace the black ink, you can purchase the compatible HP 304XL black, equivalent to N9K08AE and known by the former Prink reference 520XL.

Is it an original HP cartridge?

No. It is a compatible consumable made by a third party as an alternative to the original HP 304XL color cartridge.

The Prink 521XL reference is included to identify the historical commercial equivalence and facilitate its search. It does not mean that this product is manufactured by HP or Prink.

Do compatible HP 304XL cartridges work with all printers?

Not necessarily. Although a printer may use cartridges from the HP 304XL family, certain configurations and firmware updates may affect the recognition of third-party consumables.

Before placing your order, check the full model of your printer and the compatibility indicated for this product.

What do I do if my printer does not recognize the cartridge?

Verify that the reference is correct, that the cartridge is properly installed, and that you have removed all shipping protections.
