Bonds almost all solid and flexible materials, such as many plastics (including rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), and phenolic resins (bakelite®)), porcelain, ceramics, leather, metal, wood, cork, felt, fabric (suitability should be checked first), and rubber.

Only partially suitable for glass (over time, the bond becomes brittle and weakens).

Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE, Styrofoam®, textiles, or leather clothing.
Surface requirements.
Materials to be bonded must be clean, dry, free from dust and grease, and provide a good fit.

Thoroughly remove any traces of dust, oil, grease, wax, or release agents that may be present on the surfaces to be bonded.

The best way to do this is to rub the parts several times with suitable solvents, such as acetone (if suitable
for the material; suitability should be checked beforehand).

For metals and metal alloys, rubbing the surface with sandpaper or polishing or brushing it is usually sufficient.
